Delivery Information

We partner with trusted courier companies to make our delivery process fast, reliable and cost-effective. By working closely with these professionals, we ensure that your orders arrive quickly and efficiently, while also keeping delivery affordable. Our goal is to provide you with a seamless experience so you can enjoy a convenient and stress-free service every time you shop with us.

We aim to dispatch orders by the next working day after payment is confirmed. For credit cards, debit cards or instant EFTs, payment is confirmed as soon as our payment processor notifies us of the transaction. For bank transfers, we consider payment received once the funds appear in our account.

Delivery times typically range from 1 to 4 working days, depending on factors such as your location (e.g., whether you are in a major city or a remote area), the package’s weight, and the chosen delivery service.

After we dispatch your order, we’ll send you a tracking number. This number will show the date and time your parcel was collected by the courier and allow you to track your package’s status throughout its journey.

Free Courier Delivery

Orders above a certain amount may qualify for free delivery within South Africa.

Standard Courier Delivery

Our couriers collect orders from us Monday to Thursday. If your address is classified as remote or high-risk, and a surcharge fee applies, we’ll send your order counter-to-counter via PostNet.
