- Please return your purchase to us within 7 days of receiving it.
- Goods returned for an exchange are to be sent to our specified address and at the customer’s costs.
- Exchanges will only be processed once the goods have been received.
- All goods must be in its original condition (original packaging, labels intact, clean, unused and no damage). We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if these criteria are not met.
- Shipping paid on the original delivery is not refundable.
- Sale, discounted items and custom orders are considered final and cannot be exchanged.
- Equestria will cover the return shipping costs if the exchange is due to an incorrect or defective item being sent by us.
