Delivery Information

We’ve partnered with established and reliable courier companies to deliver your goods as quickly and economically as possible. Delivery times vary from 1 to 4 working days, dependent on factors such as the address for delivery (i.e. whether you are situated in a major town or outlying area), weight and the delivery service used.

We strive to dispatch orders the next working day following receipt of payment. For credit cards, debit cards and instant EFTs the payment is considered received once we are notified of the transaction by our contracted payment processing company. For bank transfer the payment is considered as having been received once the funds reflect in our account.

You will be provided with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. The tracking number indicates the date and time your parcel was collected by the courier and also allows you to keep track of the status of your package during the delivery process.

We currently offer the following delivery options:

Free Courier Delivery

Orders above a certain amount may qualify for free delivery within South Africa.

Standard Courier Delivery

Our courier partners collect from us from Monday to Thursday. Collections to not take place on Fridays, as this practice has been established to prevent packages from being stored at the depots over weekends. Should the address for delivery be classified as remote or high-risk, with a delivery surcharge becomming applicable, the order will be sent counter-to-counter via Postnet.
