Delivery Information

We’ve partnered with established and reliable courier companies to deliver your goods as quickly and economically as possible. Delivery times vary from 1 to 4 working days. The times are dependent on a variety of factors such as the address for delivery (i.e. whether you are situated in a major town or outlying area), weight and the delivery service used.

You will be provided with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. The tracking number indicates the date and time your parcel was collected by the courier and also allows you to keep track of the status of your package during the delivery process.


We offer the following 3 delivery options:

Free Delivery in South Africa

All orders of R2999 or more will qualify for free delivery within South Africa.

Main Centre and Regional Delivery in South Africa

Orders under R2999 will be charged a flat delivery fee of R100 and will be sent with one of our preferred couriers.

Should the address for delivery be classified as remote, regional or outlying with a delivery surcharge being applicable, the order will be sent counter-to-counter via Postnet. Please note that Postnet will only be used in instances where a surcharge is applicable due to the location of the delivery address.

Local Pick-Up (Paarl, WC Only)

Free collection at a specified collection point in Paarl South. Collection times are by appointment.
